Elena, a wine expert, will guide you through a visit of an organic vineyard at sunset, while explaining the main steps of the agronomic, phenolic and organic cycles in order to understand the complexity of a vineyard and of a low-environmental-impacting agriculture.
Inside the ancient wine cellar, you’ll discover chemical, physical and microbiological processes that allow a high-quality production. You’ll taste the wines in a sensorial tasting room, in order to better catch their taste and organoleptic complexity. The tour will end with a local food tasting, to be able to live the emotions that only a good food-wine paring can offer to both palate and soul.
